Refunds & International Shipments Return / Refunds

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to 19-01 Jalan Austin Heights 8/4, Taman Mount Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

International Shipment Reminder

If the buyer is unable to provide any customs declaration documents and causes the goods to be returned, FYT Supplies MY will NOT bear the returned transportation costs. Please make sure the product can be shipped to your country before you place an order to avoid unnecessary problems. (Example: Block by your local customs or unable to deliver due to any missing information.)

Seller only provides shipper documents and consignee shipping details, other than that, we don't take any responsibility.

Please make sure all the details that you register with us are correct to AVOID your local customs or logistic CAN'T reach you. We will NOT bear any responsibility IF they dispose of your parcel or return it to us DUE to CAN'T reaching you.

If we received the returned item in good condition then we will refund the product's payments to you after all the returned shipping fees are billed. 

If the returned shipping fees are higher than the price of your product, you will NOT be able to get a refund because the logistic company will charge the returned shipping cost on our bill and these problems are not caused by us, so the buyer needs to bear for it or check it with your local customs.

(Example: Product A price MYR100, Returned shipping fees is MYR250, absolutely the buyer won't get any REFUND unless the buyer paid the Returned Shipping Cost, we can provide the Returned Billed for verified IF the buyer need)

Due to avoid any misunderstanding, we hope the buyer can make sure everything is CLEAR & GOOD to go before placing an order.

If you are shipping an item over MYR800, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
