Refunds & International Shipments Return / Refunds
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fytsuppliesmy.com and send your item to 19-01 Jalan Austin Heights 8/4, Taman Mount Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

International Shipment Reminder
If the buyer is unable to provide any customs declaration documents, resulting in the return of the goods, FYT Supplies MY will not cover the costs associated with the return transportation. It is essential to ensure that the product can be shipped to your country before placing an order to avoid unnecessary issues, such as being blocked by local customs or non-delivery due to missing information.
The seller only furnishes shipper documents and consignee shipping details; beyond that, we do not assume any responsibility. Please ensure that all details provided during registration are accurate to prevent your local customs or logistics from being unable to reach you. We will not accept any responsibility if your parcel is disposed of or returned to us due to an inability to reach you.
Upon receiving the returned item in good condition, we will refund the payment for the product once all the associated return shipping fees are invoiced.
If the returned shipping fees exceed the price of your product, a refund will not be possible. This is because the logistics company will charge the returned shipping cost to our account, and these issues are not caused by us. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for covering these costs or may address them with their local customs.
For example, if Product A is priced at MYR100 and the returned shipping fees amount to MYR250, the buyer will not receive any refund unless they pay the incurred return shipping cost. We can provide the verified Returned Bill if the buyer requests it.

Due to avoid any misunderstanding, we hope the buyer can make sure everything is CLEAR & GOOD to go before placing an order.

If you are shipping an item over MYR800, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
